Adams was a four-year-old when the  San Francisco earthquake struck his hometown. Although the boy managed to escape injury during the quake itself, an aftershock threw him face-first into a garden wall, breaking his nose

1. What do you like (or not like) about their work?

I thought the landscape photos of yosemite was intriguing because of his skill in backdrop. Aslo the quality of the photos surprised me

2. Why did you select this photographer?

I enjoy landscape photos and it had a good touch in black and white

3. Describe your reaction to the artists work.  Does it look mysterious?

At first i was confused that these photos were taken more than 60 years ago. And i was intrigued by the mysterious black and white landscapes

The quality of the photos combined with the mysterious black and white backdrops made for a very satisfying photo for me
